Alumni Weekend Agenda
Saturday, June 9th
Join us back on campus on June 9th & 10th to relive your college experience. You will have a chance to stay in the Grove Apartments while participating in college-themed events and activities throughout the day! "Commuters" are welcome but must purchase a "Meal Plan"
10am – 11am: Alumni "Pick-up" Games
11am – 1pm: “Check-In” Opens (Grove Courtyard - At Alumni Tent)
12pm – 4:30pm: Activities (Campus Lawn)
- Yard Games (Cornhole, beer pong, kan jam, volleyball, ladder golf, etc.)
- Music
- Rain plan: Game room will be open, Corn hole & Games in Grove Apts. Hallways, Misc. Card & Board Games available.
4:30pm - 5:30pm: Tour of Campus
- Some stops include beer/wine/mixed drink tastings, photo opportunities and more!
5:30pm: College Themed Buffet dinner (Cafeteria)
6:15pm: Sporkle Team Trivia (Round 1)
7:15pm: Sporkle Team Trivia (Round 2)
8:15pm – 11pm
- Game Room Open (Ping Pong, Pool, etc.)
- Yard Games still available
- NBA Finals Watch Party (Pending Schedule)
9:00pm: Campfire (Grove Courtyard)
- Smores & Snacks
Sunday, June 10th
10am – 12pm: Brunch in the GLC
11am - 12pm: Memorial Mass for Br. Jerry
12pm – 2pm: Departure
Residential Room Fee: $200 per suite
Max 10 individuals. Each individual must purchase a “meal plan”.
All suites have a 1,200 sq. ft. layout, which consists of:
- 3 bedrooms with full size beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 lofted single beds (the lowest bed is shoulder height)
- 2 Full bathrooms
- Living room
- Laundry room
- Kitchen
Each kitchen comes fully equipped with:
- Refrigerator
- Oven
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Washer and Dryer
Amenities
- Linens
- Washcloth and one set of towels per person
- Travel Toiletries (shampoo/conditioner, soap)
- Air-conditioned
- Wi-Fi
Not included: TV, pots/pans, dishes, pillows, blankets. Sleeps 8 but we will allow a maximum of 10 individuals per room. Each individual must purchase a “meal plan”. At check-in, each room must place a card on file for any damages.
Meal Plan: $40 per person
All participants must have a full meal plan regardless if they are residents or commuters for the weekend. A wrist-band will be issues at check-in and must be worn at all times.

- Lunch cookout (BYOB)
- You may bring a cooler or simply keep your drinks in the refrigerator in your suite
- Snacks and soft drinks throughout both days
- Drink Tastings on Tour
- College themed buffet dinner (Cash Bar)
- Late night snack
